The Minden High golf team took control of the Trails End golf course in Arcadia Tuesday at the Ringgold High School Tournament, winning in almost every category. The boys team took first place honors and was led by seniors Matt Flynn and Chris Stephens. Flynn shot the low score of the day winning Champion golfer along with the “closest to the pin shot” on a par 3. Sawyer Lee blasted the “Longest Drive Contest” barely edging teammate Chris Stephens whose shot found the fairway bunker.

In the girls division, Abbie Guin dominated the field winning Champion with lowest round, longest Drive, closest to the Pin, and paced the MHS winning team.
