Thursday afternoon countless families came out to the Webster Parish Library to take part in their Trunk or Treat event. Well over 500 came out dressed up as scary monsters, superheroes, and countless other characters from beloved pop culture. The Webster Parish Library extends its thanks to all of the local businesses and organizations that took part in the event to make it such a success.
