Webster Parish Libraries now offering Homebound Delivery Service

Submitted by the Webster Parish Libraries to the Minden Press-Herald for publication

Your library is at it again! We are pleased to announce Webster Parish Libraries is now offering Homebound Delivery Service to Webster Parish residents!

Over the years, libraries have adapted and expanded as technological change has provided alternate means for library access. We offer many online services in addition to our in-house services and materials! However, we are aware that some parish residents may not be able to access our online services due to poor internet connection, device limitations, etc.

We also know that many of our patrons cannot get out and come into the library during these uncertain times; therefore, we will bring the library to you! This outreach service will bring your materials to your front door!

Delivery and pickup occur every two weeks on Wednesday. You have the option to sign up for one-time delivery or be put on a two-week rotation where our knowledgeable staff will select items for you based on your interests!

If you live in the northern part of Webster Parish closest to our Springhill location, we ask that you please contact your Willie & Mary Mack Memorial Branch in Springhill, La. at (318) 539-4117 to sign up. If you live in the southern part of Webster Parish closest to our Minden location, please contact your Minden Branch at (318) 371-3080.

We are here to serve you! Thank you for your continued support of your Webster Parish Libraries.
