Sheriff Gary Sexton, right, accepted a resolution from the Webster Parish Police Jury, which states the jury supports its law enforcement agencies and the work they do every day. Sexton says he accepted the resolution on behalf of his deputies who are on the road every day, and included other law enforcement agencies, such as the municipal police departments, Louisiana State Police and federal law enforcement agencies. Police Jury President Jim Bonsall read the resolution into the record at Tuesday’s meeting.
