Willie “Aunt Mae” Cooper

Aunt Mae was born August 01, 1933 to Jack Anderson and Odessa Scott in Claiborne Parish. She departed this life on January 12, 2020. Auntie accepted Christ at an early age in Claiborne Parish. She was a sitter for many years. She was an active member of Union Grove B.C. before her health began to fail. 

Funeral services for Auntie will be held at the Union Grove B.C,541 Penal Farm Rd, Minden, La. 71055 at 11AM on January 18, 2020. 

Visitation will be held Friday January 17, 2020 in the Chapel at Benevolent Funeral Home from 10AM to 7PM. Officiating the service will be Pastor Alvin Shelton. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Jack Anderson and Odessa Scott, husband Webster “Dugger” Cooper, (3) Brothers: Edmond Webb, Jessie L. Anderson and Artis Anderson, (3) Sisters: Estelle Tibbs, Josephine Williams and Lou Annie Taylor. 

She leaves to mourn a host of Nieces, Nephews, Friends and Family.
