On Sunday, Feb. 24, Marcus Wren was honored with a birthday party at the First United Methodist Church Wesley Room. In celebration of his 95th birthday, the local Wiley Pevy Post #74 of the American Legion presented Mr. Wren with a certificate honoring his 71 years of membership in the American Legion. The party was hosted by his family and was attended by a throng of family and friends.
