Sunshine and shopping brought big crowds to Webster Parish this past weekend as Main to Main Trade Days returned for three days of antiques, crafts, and community fun.
The event, held November 7–9, stretched 50 miles from Sibley to the Arkansas state line, transforming Highway 371 and historic Main Streets into Louisiana’s longest yard sale. Clear skies and mild temperatures made for ideal conditions as visitors browsed white tents that lined downtown Minden and other towns along the route.
Dozens of vendors filled Main Street, Sheppard Street, and Highway 80 with displays of antiques, yard sale finds, home décor, handmade crafts, and local foods. Visitors came from across north Louisiana and neighboring states to shop and explore small-town hospitality.
Main to Main Trade Days has become one of the region’s largest annual shopping events, drawing thousands of visitors each fall. Organizers say it provides a welcome boost to local businesses and a showcase for Webster Parish communities.
