The Glenbrook Lady Apaches and Minden Lady Tiders won Tuesday.
In a District 1-1A opener, Glenbrook defeated Ringgold 15-0 at Glenbrook. Minden edged Weston 4-3 at Minden.
In a District 1-1A game, Lakeside fell to Many 4-0 at Lakeside.
At Glenbrook, Gabi Brown went 3-for-3 with two home runs, a triple and three RBI in the three-inning game. Hallie Sutton went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBI.
Gracie Heard went 2-for-2 with a double. Anna Grace Vining went 2-for-3 with a double.
Kynzie Smith hit a home run and had three RBI. Addison Chanler had a triple. Ellie Earnhardt had a double.
Savannah Mangrum, Sutton and Chloe Gregg combined on a one-hitter.
Glenbrook (9-3) visits Choudrant Thursday at 5:30. Ringgold dropped to 0-5.
At Lakeside, Many’s LarKaye Carter pitched a two-hitter. Three Lakeside pitchers — Ella Wood, Peyton Wood and Moose Jernigan — combined to limit the Lady Tigers to five hits.
Many scored one in the third then added three in fourth.
Lakeside (9-4, 1-1) hosts Evangel Christian Thursday at 5. Many improved to 7-5 and 2-0.
