Action continues for Dixie baseball, softball at Minden Rec. Center

Gray’s Jewelry 17
Minden Athletic 0

Hadley Haynes led the way for Gray’s with a home run, double and single, followed by McKenna Chreene with a home run and two singles. Baylee Bonsall homered as well, followed by Lanie Gates with a pair of singles. Izzy Miller, Madison McGraw, Lauren Barrett and Hannah McGray all finished with a pair of base hits.

Ella Heflin had the only hit for Minden Athletic, a single.

Stingrays 12
Bon Temps 0

Hallie Harmon tripled and added two singles for the Stingrays, followed by Peyton Levesque with a double and two singles, Gabbie Brown and Marley Black with three singles and Naleah Harris, Maddison Crawford, Bailey Mangrum and Cydnee Walker with a pair of singles. Alayla Scott, Brooklyn Fair and Izabella Rosenbaum added base hits.

Aaliyah Allen tripled to lead Bon Temps, followed by Jaydee Tuttle and Allie Swayze with doubles.


Pride 11
Filly Express 1

No hits were recorded in the ball game, but Sha’von Whitfield led the Pride with six strikeouts in the circle. Kalyn Williams struck out two batters in two innings of work.
Karrigan Davis struck out two batters for Filly Express, followed by Kaydree Kemp and Kylie Ryan who each struck out one batter.

Timberland 9
Lifesavers 1

Colby Hollis doubled to lead Timberland, followed by Lainey Mercer, Kenzie Warmack, D’Yana Hamilton and Landry Thomas with singles. Hollis also struck out five batters in the circle.

Keily Sumlin had the only hit for the Lifesavers, a triple.

Alleigh Basinger and Trinity Easom each struck out one batter.


Kennon Her-ricanes 6
Shapell Oil 4

Keambre Franklin homered and added a single to lead the Her-ricanes, followed by Kaiylin Williams with a single and Macey Moseley with a double. Franklin also struck out four batters.

Lauren Cheatham had two singles and Hollyn Edge added one single for Shapell. Alivia McKenzie pitched and struck out six batters.


Haughton Rockers 12
Pink Pratique 4

Jillian Compton doubled and singled, Alayna Patton, Caitlyn Ward and Mayghan Myers doubled and Reanna Crumpler and Skyler Sims added singles for Haughton. Patton also struck out five batters.

Holly Estes had a pair of singles to lead Pink Pratique, followed by Ryleigh Warmack, Quesha Jackson and Kristen Smith with base hits. Morgan Starkey and Estes each struck out two batters.

Glenbrook 15
Southern Heat 0

Alyssa Martin doubled and struck out five batters in the circle to lead Glenbrook. Faith Earnhardt had two singles and Hannah Mosley, Kelsey Coburn and Reese Hanson added singles.

Chelsea Mays had the only hit for the Heat, a single. Mays also struck out one batter.

Ryan Reagan had a huge game, hitting a home run, a double and single to lead the Outlaws. Jaxon Smith also blasted a home run and two singles, followed by Gage Williams with a double and two singles, Landon Brewer with a double and single, Austin Mills with two singles and Cameryn Davis, Gaige Machen, Jackson Speer, Conner Bolton and Cash Frizzell with base hits.

Pistol Thomas had the only hit for the Sluggers.

Jessie Montoya had two doubles to lead Minden Farm & Garden Warriors, followed by Landon Finley with a double and single. Jaxon Melton, Conner Williams and Tanner Johnson each added two singles, while Peyton Campbell, Bryce Parker, Eli Campbell, Jake Glass, Noah Redding and Garrett Basinger all added base hits.

Kevin Berry crushed a home run and singled, followed by Ethan Turner with two singles. Kennedy Burns, Gavin Harris, Donovan Weston and Eli Santelices added base hits for the Cubs.


Elm St. Dental Tigers 5
Patriots 2

Hunter Sutton had the only hit for Elm St. Dental, a double. Dawson Day took the mound for the Tigers and struck out five batters while Sutton struck out three.

Elijah Redding, Jon Jon Dick and Rien Coker all singled for the Patriots. Jordan Isbell struck out six batters for the Patriots.

Young Guns 18
Crushers 7

Ethan Vise doubled and singled, followed by Parker Salas with a double for Young Guns. Travis Randle, Elliot Shepherd and D.J. Carter each added singles. Salas added three strikeouts on the mound.

Johnathan Hardiman and O’Marion Corley each singled for the Crushers and Jekoye Knowles struck out two batters.

Lions Club 18
Waste Commanders 4

Cooper Chase and Cade Boley each singled and doubled while Maddox Mandino doubled. C.J. Watts, Dayton Sims, Hayden Harmon, Chase Sentell and Bradley Dick added singles. Maddox Mandino struck out for batters on the mound, while Watts struck out three.

Casen Talley had the only hit for Waste Commander, a single. Brandon Winston struck out three batters.

Minden Redbirds 9
Elm St. Dental 1

Charles Berry homered and singled, Connor Humphreys doubled and Andrew Cooper had a pair of singles. Wyatt Shepherd, Matthew Harris and Trey Yetman added singles. Matthew Seales struck out seven batters for the Redbirds.

Riley Pate struck out four batters for Elm St. Dental and Luke Vining struck out two.

Trevor Randle doubled and singled, followed by Landon Rasberry, Brody Crumpler, Krystopher Stewart and Hunter Guthrie with singles. Randle also struck out three batters

Ethan Busby, Keegan Frizzell and Dalston Mosley singled for the Blasters and Mosley also struck out six.

Glenbrook 5
Webster 1

Jonathan Parkerson had two doubles to lead Glenbrook, followed by Xander Turner, Jackson Powell and Corbin Kendrick with singles. Parkerson led the Apaches in strikeouts, sitting down two batters.

Cade Thomas had two singles to lead Webster, followed by Hayden Brown and Carson Fields with base hits. Fields struck out four batters on the mound.
