Gardening enthusiasts are invited to attend a free workshop focused on growing and caring for roses, scheduled for March 12, 2024, at the NEW Bossier Parish Central Library & History Center. Organized by the LSU AgCenter, the workshop aims to provide valuable insights into rose garden maintenance, covering topics such as pruning, fertilization, mulching, disease management, and insect control.
Led by LSU AgCenter Horticulture Specialist Mark Wilson, the workshop promises to be an informative session for both novice and experienced gardeners alike. Participants will have the opportunity to learn essential techniques and best practices for nurturing healthy and vibrant rose gardens in their own homes.
