BPCC academic awards and graduates for the summer 2022 semester

Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) has posted the academic awards for the Summer 2022 semester. The Dean’s List and the Chancellor’s List are used to recognize students who have excelled academically. The Dean’s List acknowledges students who have maintained a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher on a 4-point scale. The Chancellor’s List honors those students who have sustained a GPA of 3.75 or higher.

Webster Parish students who made BPCC’s Dean’s list are Elizabeth Pickett of Doyline; Tristan Jones of Heflin; Parker Austin, Anitra Coleman, Baylee Hough, and Samantha Thomas of Minden; and Kordarus McClendon of Sibley. 

The Chancellor’s List recipients from Webster Parish are Franchesca Castle of Doyline; Madeline Capps and Julie Ortega of Dubberly; Tylar Bare and Aubrey Gray of Heflin; Amaris Buitrago, Wesley Butts, Jakiya Malone, Barbara McClendon, Libbi Musgraves, Chloe Poore, and Anointess Scott of Minden; Adam Backes and Zoe Loyd of Sarepta; and Darlisia Baxter of Sibley.

A number of students from Webster Parish are graduating from BPCC this summer. Hayden Hollis of Doyline – Physical Therapist Assistant; Ivory Ware of Doyline – General Studies; Hillary Butler of Heflin – Practical Nursing; Toni Hartz of Heflin – General Science; Amber Comeaux of Minden – Physical Therapist Assistant; Baylee Hough of Minden – Business Administration; Dewanda Jones of Minden – Laboratory Assistant; Elijah Taylor of Minden – General Studies; Kelly Weaver of Minden – Culinary Arts; La’Bridget Williams of Minden – General Studies; Ty’Quesha Gill of Minden – Criminal Justice Investigations and CTS Police Procedures; Adam Backes of Sarepta – Basic Management; Brooke Coldiron of Sarepta – General Studies; Jennifer Prescott of Sarepta – General Studies; Samantha Thomas of Sarepta – Practical Nursing; Darlisia Baxter of Sibley – Practical Nursing; Hayley White of Springhill – Criminal Justice; Saida Walker of Springhill – Emergency Medical Technician; and Salina Malone of Springhill – Basic Management.
