Campbell to speak to Lions Club

With more than 17 years of experience in the fields of marketing, journalism, technology and banking, Tracy Campbell will speak to the Minden Lions Club about scam prevention and awareness.

The Lions Club will meet at noon Thursday, and Campbell, vice president of business development and technology at MBL Bank, will share information on ways to prevent becoming a victim of a scam.

Campbell manages the financial institution’s information security program and leads business development efforts at the bank. He holds a graduate certificate in information assurance from Louisiana Tech University, M.Ed, in adult education from the University of Arkansas, and a bachelor of arts in mass communications-print journalism from Southern Arkansas University.
He is a 2016 graduate of the Louisiana Banker’s Association Leadership School and is a certified community bank technology officer.

The Minden Lions Club meets at noon on Thursdays at the American Legion Hall, located at 119 Pine St.
