The 2024 Dorcheat Soil and Water Conservation District scholarship program is now accepting applications from high school seniors in Webster Parish. Applications can be obtained at the Dorcheat SWCD office at 216 B Broadway Street, Minden, LA. Office hours are 7:30 AM until 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
