Memorial services for Judy Perkins Coker will be held Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016 at 2 p.m. at First United Pentecostal Church in Minden with the Rev. Jeff Ramsey and Sister Carolyn Michaels officiating.
Judy was born Aug. 25, 1954 in Haynesville and entered into rest Sept. 7, 2016 in Shreveport after a short battle with cancer. She was an avid gardener who loved her flowers, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great cook.
She is survived by her husband Michael Coker of Sibley, son Cody Coker and wife Tomo of Sibley currently serving in the U.S. Navy in Japan, daughter Lori Branch and husband Kyle of El Dorado, Arkansas, sister Dewanda Perkins of Minden, brother Michael Perkins and wife Mary of Houston, grandchildren Cade, Callie, Cooper, and Sara, nieces Kelsey Perkins and Mindy Banks and great-nieces Karmin and Kyndee.
