Captain Kenny Bryce, with members of the Krewe of Nemesis, donated school supplies to the North Webster Chamber of Commerce’s School Supply Drive. The Krewe of Nemesis-Webster is a local Mardi Gras krewe formed as a creative outlet for a group of close friends. Their mission is to be a social organization as well as a civic one. The krewe’s goal is to be “Focused at Making Improvements Locally Year round” (F.A.M.I.L.Y). The Krewe will celebrate its first coronation on Saturday, Sept. 9, at 7 p.m. at Muddy Bottoms, a fellow chamber member. The event is open to the public. Tickets must be purchased prior to event.
