Students from Lakeside Jr/Sr High School had an exciting opportunity to tour KSLA News 12 last week. Mrs. Blackwell’s class, who are avid viewers of KSLA 12 weather during their morning meetings, were thrilled to see behind the scenes of their favorite news station. Matt Jones, who hosted the tour, was thanked for his time and effort in accommodating the students.
Matt Jones of KSLA expressed his appreciation for the visit, stating, “Had the privilege of showing this amazing group of students from Lakeside Junior/Senior High School the news station today. They are huge fans of KSLA News 12 and watch us every day.”
The experience was both educational and inspiring for the students, who gained insight into the world of broadcasting and journalism.
