The students of Webster Youth Leadership spent the day with some of our area’s key players in economic development. These organizations are making sure that the Northwest LA region is ready to take on new industry and has a quality workforce. The group also learned just how much the sports tourism industry plays into economic development and that it brings in millions of dollars annually to this area. Senator Ryan Gatti hosted lunch and spoke with the leadership students.
