Celebration of Life Services for Mary “Mickey” Cole Willis will be held Saturday, August  3rd at 1:00 P.M. at the King Solomon Baptist Church with Rev. Rodney Williams, officiating.  Interment will follow at the King Solomon Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mary Willis was born December 24, 1943 in Shreveport, Louisiana to the late Fad Cole and Annie Lee Davis.  She received her high school diploma from Southside High School in Ringgold Louisiana. 

Mary was called home to be with the lord July 27, 2019 in Sibley Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Jean Cole and Mildred Cole; two brothers, Bobby Ray White and James McKinsey

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her  daughter, Elaine Willis Brooks; three sons, Monroe Willis, Jr (Telia), Tom Christopher Willis, (Sonya) and Charmin Deyet Willis; 11 grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Ray Charles McKinsey (Linda) and Ronnie McKinsey; aunts, Sarah Hall and Eva Mae Sneed; uncles, Theo Davis and Issac Davis; a special friend. Janet Weston; and  a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 2nd  in the chapel of Kennon’s Mortuary from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with Family Hour from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.   Services are entrusted to Kennon’s Mortuary.  Email condolences may be sent to
