The City of Minden will host a National Day of Prayer gathering on Thursday, May 7, at Jacqueline Park, 396 Main Street, beginning at 7:30 AM.
Community members are invited to attend and join local leaders in prayer during the morning event.
The 2026 National Day of Prayer theme is “Glorify God Among the Nations — Seeking Him in All Generations.” The theme is accompanied by the scripture, “Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all the peoples.” — 1 Chronicles 16:24 NASB.
The annual observance brings together residents, leaders, and organizations across the country for a time of collective prayer.
