Graveside services for Norma Warren Guthrie were held Monday, Sept. 18, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden with the Rev. Keith Adcock officiating. The family received friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 17, 2107 at Rose- Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Norma was born Sept. 15, 1933 in Minden and entered into rest Sept. 15, 2017 in Minden. She was co-owner of Joe’s Dixie Cream in Minden for numerous years. Norma loved working in her yard, entertaining grandchildren, traveling all over the United States with Joe, and especially elk hunting with Joe and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Guthrie of Minden, son, Mike Guthrie and wife Donna of Vivian, daughters, Vicki Semmes and husband Ronnie of Minden, Dana Matthews and husband David of Sibley, grandchildren, Michelle Gray and husband Will, Michael Guthrie, Tyler Semmes and wife Karrianne, Heather Muslow and husband Eric, Kylie White and husband Brandon, Katlin Chapman and husband Forest, 14 great-grandchildren and numerous friends.
