Three vehicle crash sends two to hospital

A three-vehicle crash involving a mobile home sent at least two drivers to the hospital Friday morning, but Louisiana State Police say there were no serious injuries. Public Information Officer Matt Harris says the driver hauling the mobile home attempted to negotiate a turn onto McIntyre Street from Highway 80, when the driver of a red Ford truck experienced a medical issue causing him to lose control of the vehicle. The driver hit the mobile home’s escort vehicle crashing into the mobile home, causing the red truck to roll onto its side. As of press time, the names of the drivers have not been released and any citations issued are unknown.
