Michael Daniels: Pled guilty to entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden and amended charge of disturbing the peace. Operating a vehicle with an expired motor vehicle inspection charge dismissed. Sentenced to 30 days in the Webster Parish Jail for each charge, to be served concurrent with any other sentence, credit for time served.
Karen Hamilton: Charged with unauthorized use of a movable valued at $500 or less. Trial set for Nov. 13.
Eugene Henderson, Sr.: Charged with possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, general speed law, and failure to stop at a stop sign. Probation revoked. Must serve original sentence concurrent with any other.
Rachel James: Charged with violation of protective order. Passed to Dec. 11.
Adam C. Kelly: Pled guilty to disturbing the peace, possession of alcohol by person under 21. Possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles charge dismissed. Must pay $25 plus court costs or spend 10 days in Webster Parish Jail for disturbing the peace. Must pay $15 plus court costs or spend five days in Webster Parish Jail for possession of alcohol charge. Fines and costs consecutive.
Carttavious Qualls: Charged with molestation of a juvenile. Trial maintained for Oct. 19.
Elliott J. Prejean: Pled guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle and operating a vehicle while license suspended/revoked/cancelled. Negligent injury charge dismissed. Must pay $300 plus court costs or 30 days in Webster Parish Jail for reckless operation. Must pay $150 plus court costs or 30 days in Webster Parish Jail for operating a vehicle while license suspended/revoked/cancelled. Fines and costs consecutive.
Erion Julian: Charged with battery of a school teacher by a student. Probation revoked. Must serve original sentence, credit for time served.
Robert L. Stewart, Jr.: Charged with soliciting for prostitutes. Must pay $1,000 plus court costs and spend 30 days in Webster Parish Jail or spend 60 days in Webster Parish Jail. Probation revoked for promoting prostitution charge. Must spend 90 days in Webster Parish Jail, to be served consecutive then finish probation.
