Monday morning, before the Police Jury Regular Session, the police jurors, their friends & family, and public figures were present for their swearing In ceremony. There were many familiar faces among the police jurors being sworn in for the year 2020, but there are some new ones as well. Beverly “Debbie” Kennon will be replacing Jerri Musgrow Lee as Police Juror for District 9 and Benjamin “Ed” Jordan will be replacing Dustin Moseley in District 12. The police jury meets the first Tuesday of every month at 10:30 a.m. at their offices located at 401 Main Street.
