The Minden Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will sponsor its 57th annual Jabberwock at the Minden Civic Center Saturday, March 17 at 6 p.m.
The Jabberwock contestants participated in the Minden MLK parade, and attended the youth rally at the Civic Center.
These lovely ladies, along with Miss Jabberwock 2017, Travesti Byrd, will present the sorority’s St. Jude donation on February 2.
The sorority is asking the community to please support these young ladies in their fundraising endeavors. The funds raised from the pageant are earmarked for scholarships and public service projects such as St. Jude, the American Cancer Society, etc.
