Funeral services for Sue Whitaker McCranie will be held Friday, December 28, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Rose-Neath Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Bob Dandridge officiating. Interment will follow at Whitehall Cemetery in Leton, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Sue was born April 30, 1942 in Shongaloo, Louisiana and entered into rest December 26, 2018 in Shreveport, Louisiana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard McCranie, parents, Loyd and Theo Whitaker, and brother, Bobby.
She is survived by her daughter, Vivi McCranie and Mike Jones of Bossier City, son, Ricky McCranie and wife Kay of Grand Saline, Texas, sister, Ellen Fillippino of Bossier City, and grandchildren, Connor Clift, Bradley Clift, Kaitlyn McCranie, and Matthew McCranie.
