Fun Day is Sunday at The Farm

The Platinum Chickz, co-sponsored by Cultural Crossroads, will host a Fun Day from 4 until 7 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 16, at The Farm for area children. The event is free. There will be bouncy houses, watering troughs for swimming and some school supplies will be handed out. Chris Broussard, executive director of The Farm, says it’s a nice way to say goodbye to summer and hello to a new school year.
