Levi Phillips, the Yatasi District Executive for Norwela Council Boy Scouts, will be the Guest Speaker for the Lion’s Club this Thursday.
“I am bringing the experience I have acquired as an Eagle Scout to serve the youth of Webster, Bossier, Bienville, and Claiborne Parishes. Scouting provides quality character building to local youth through promoting patriotic pride, community service, and leadership. We depend on the youth of today for the success of tomorrow!” said Phillips.
