QUOTABLES
Head coach Brooke Stoehr
I felt like our group was ready to go tonight. Monday and Wednesday they were locked in and focused. Their defensive energy and intensity was really good in the second half. We challenged them at halftime because we were not defending with the intensity and communication level that is our standard. I was super proud of their response and commitment to the defensive end in the third and fourth quarters.
We moved the ball well and hunted high percentage shots. This group continues to impress me with how unselfish they are and their commitment to playing together.
We need a great crowd on Saturday to show up and celebrate this group. They have earned that and deserve to have a big crowd on Saturday night as we try to close out the regular season with a win at home.
